Macro Works are specialists in visual impact graphics and analysis for onshore and offshore wind energy projects. We produce premium quality photomontages and host a unique array of state-of-the-art visual assessment products designed to communicate the facts in a highly effective and professional manner.

We have operated almost exclusively for the wind industry since 1999 and to date we have completed over 45 onshore projects throughout Ireland. Many of these have achieved successful planning and have been built.

In addition, we were responsible for the visual consultancy for the successful Arklow Bank Wind Park (600+ MW) in the Irish Sea in 2002. We have since completed two other offshore projects in the Irish Sea, the Kish and Bray Bank Wind Farm (145 turbines) in 2005, and more recently, Oriel Wind Farm (55 turbines) in 2007, both of which are at an advanced planning stage.

We host an ever-expanding team of experienced photographers, geographic information systems (GIS) specialists, graphics experts and 3-D modellers. Together we have the experience and understanding of high quality mapping and visualisation technique to deliver a world class service.
